About the program

For the second consecutive year Villa del Rio opens the doors of the festival in its most emblematic space and with a symphonic musical conjugation of impact inspired by its historical roots.
The concert will begin with an absolute and world premiere, a work commissioned especially for this occasion, “Iquitum” by Valter Sivilotti, to continue with a well-known work, Prelude to the Siesta of a Fauno, staged with the wonderful surroundings and the dance of Carlos Sánchez to conclude with opera arias based in Greece and Rome.
A musical symphony of the hand of the best international musicians that will be the door for an intercultural journey.
